More than 10 years of localisation, full chain of services to empower the US energy transition

Since the establishment of its North American company in 2009, PHONO has insisted on localised operation and global vision, and has built a module manufacturing base in South Carolina, and established warehousing and supply chain networks in California, Texas, Florida, and New Jersey, forming a comprehensive system covering production, sales, and operation services. With a deep insight into the U.S. market, PHONO provides high-efficiency modules for large-scale ground power plants and commercial & industrial (C&I) customers, as well as customised one-stop solutions, covering engineering, finance, technical support and operation management, helping customers to shorten their ROI cycle and enhance energy efficiency.

At the exhibition site, PHONO demonstrated its unique model of ‘local manufacturing + global synergy’. Through the flexible production capacity of its U.S. factory, PHONO can respond quickly to customer demand. Relying on its own global supply chain advantages, PHONO ensures the stable supply of raw materials and key equipment, and realises the whole process of module production controllable and traceable. This model not only reduces the risk of logistics and tariffs, but also becomes its core competitiveness to deal with the complex trade environment of the U.S. market.

Efficient TOPCon modules: full coverage of utility-scale, residential and C&I solutions

As the technical focus of this exhibition, PHONO’s TOPCon series Draco modules have attracted wide attention. The series adopts 182mm and rectangular 210mm large-size wafers, with a power of up to 710Wp and a conversion efficiency exceeding 22.8%, combining high power output and low degradation characteristics, which is especially suitable for diversified application scenarios in the United States.

Utility-scale solution: With the advantages of high power and bifaciality, it can significantly reduce land costs and BOS costs, and is suitable for large-scale ground power plant projects in California and Texas.

Residential and C&I solutions: lightweight and dual-glass design, all-black aesthetic appearance and flexible installation methods meet the individual needs of C&I rooftops, household PV and PV carport scenarios.

In addition, through the strict material traceability system, PHONO modules ensure that the key materials comply with the U.S. policy requirements and international environmental standards, providing customers with "zero-compliance risk" procurement guarantee, as well as its 30-year linear power warranty, which further enhances the product's market reputation.

As U.S. PV installations continue to rise, PHONO will take this exhibition as an opportunity to deepen its strategic alliance with local partners to explore the integration of PV with agriculture, transport and smart cities, and to help global customers move towards a "carbon-neutral" future.
