Recently, PVEL (PV Evolution labs), a world-renowned photovoltaic module reliability and performance testing laboratory, and DNV-GL, the world's largest independent energy expert and certification body, jointly released the 2019 PV module reliability scorecard. With its outstanding performance in reliability and product performance, Phono Solar has once again won the title of "Top Performer".

As the world's largest independent energy expert and certification body, DNV-GL has tested products provided by more than 50 manufacturers, covering nine of the top ten global photovoltaic module manufacturers, and 75% of BNEF Tier 1 module manufacturers. The cooperation test with PVEL completely uses the third-party experimental data to perform reliability experiments and analysis on photovoltaic module products, and the evaluation results are published and compared on most comprehensive basis.

Specifically, the reliability test content includes 3 times IEC thermal cycling, high humidity and heat conditions, PID effect and dynamic mechanical load testing. Among them, moist heat performance and PID effect, as important factors affecting the reliability of photovoltaic modules and the power generation capacity of photovoltaic power projects, have attracted widespread attention in the industry.

After months of rigorous testing, Phono Solar high-efficiency polycrystalline modules have demonstrated strong stability and reliability; relying on low attenuation characteristics after 2000 hours of storage under high humidity and heat conditions (temperature 85 ° C, humidity 85%), and excellent performance in the anti-PID test. Once again successfully placed on the "2019 Top Performers" list, this is also the third time since 2016 that Phono Solar has won this award. In addition, in terms of module bankability, Phono Solar has been repeatedly ranked by the Bloomberg New Energy Finance (BNEF) as the world's Tier 1 module manufacturer.
