Recently, PHONO's N-type TOPCon high-efficiency photovoltaic modules obtained the official ECS (Evaluation Carbone Simplifiée) Carbon Footprint Certification. PHONO passes the new PPE2 standard which is issued by French authority Certisolis. This certification strengthens PHONO's low-carbon competitiveness across the entire supply chain, deepening its development in French market and accelerating the progress of its global expansion and decarbonization strategy.

Amid global efforts to reduce carbon emissions, international markets have gradually introduced carbon-related green certification requirements successively. As a pioneer in establishing carbon standards, France boasts a mature carbon footprint certification process and policy framework. The French Carbon Footprint Certification, issued by the French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE), is the most authoritative certification required for PV projects above 100 kWp to enter the French market and participate in CRE bidding projects. This certification system, designed to assess and reduce greenhouse gas emissions over a product's life cycle, is highly regarded in the industry for its scientific, fair, and transparent principles. The newly introduced PPE2 standard for 2023 enhances the preceding CRE4 standard, elevating the challenge it presents.

PHONO is successfully awarded the French Carbon Footprint PPE2 certificate for its exceptional carbon value performance, by virtue of the long-term emission reduction effectiveness of the whole industrial chain. Previously, PHONO Twinplus series products have already achieved the ECS certificate. PHONO's Draco Series products have achieved a remarkably low carbon footprint of just 388 kg CO2 / kW, positioning them as industry leaders in sustainability. This certification not only serves as a "green passport" for PHONO to compete in the French PV market, but also demonstrates the company's capability in effectively reducing greenhouse gas emissions throughout the product life cycle.
